Delete Your Account
You can request to permanently delete your Zaboni account and all associated data at any time.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and phone number
- All saved delivery addresses
- Your order history
- Any active promo codes linked to your account
- In-app chat messages
What May Be Retained
We may retain certain information for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Transaction records needed for accounting or legal compliance (up to 12 months)
- Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms
How to Request Deletion
Send an email from your registered account or include your registered phone number so we can locate your account.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
Before You Delete
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Any pending orders should be completed or cancelled before requesting deletion. Courier accounts with outstanding earnings should contact support first.
